EF Academy is a world-class boarding school with modern facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom.

EF Academy has expanded their New York campus with a new 4-story dormitory building and recreational quad which will bring approximately 140 new students to the campus.  The new dormitory building has been completed and occupied for the fall 2016 semester.

JMC is proud to have been part of the project construction team that helped achieved this goal. Our portion of the project involved converting an old, underutilized parking lot into a new dormitory building, new parking, sidewalks, green space quad, emergency access driveways, utility relocations and upgrades, landscaping and drainage improvements all while keeping the existing campus buildings functioning throughout the school year.
