Approval granted for 330 Railroad Avenue 10.06.2015

JMC is proud to have been involved with the Site Plan and Subdivision Approval process for 330 Railroad Avenue in Greenwich, CT.

Last month, along with the project team consisting of owner, architect and attorney, JMC appeared before the Town of Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission for Site Plan and Subdivision Approval of the proposed office redevelopment at 330 Railroad Avenue.  The existing site is an Eversource electrical power sub-station and office/storage building. The project architect, Granoff Architects, plans to renovate the interior and exterior and reoccupy the building. The project includes the redevelopment of the property into two zoning lots and the conversion of the existing Eversource office and storage building on the property, to be used entirely as professional offices. The electrical power substation will remain but will be screened with landscaping and decorative fencing. JMC presented the latest Site Plans and addressed comments from the Town of Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Staff.  The public hearing was closed and the Commission voted to grant Site Plan and Subdivision Approval.
