24-Hour Fitness has recently expanded into the New York market with locations in the Bronx, Nanuet, Greenburgh and Yonkers.

JMC is proud to have been part of the project consultant team that helped secure Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for the Central Park Avenue, Greenburgh location. JMC’s role involved site renovations for the former 3 acre, 30,000 square foot A&P Supermarket property which included accessibility, landscaping and lighting enhancements. As an adaptive reuse of an existing structure, this project showcases JMC’s creativity in custom tailoring a project to the specific needs of our clients.
