JMC along with the project team assisted in approvals for the construction of an approximately 74,850 square foot warehouse building with off-street parking, stormwater management and landscaping improvements located at 100 Business Park Drive in the Town of North Castle, NY.  The applicant, The Jantile Group, is an industry leader in fabrication and installation of tile and stone in the Tri-State area and currently rents storage facilities throughout Westchester.  With the construction of this facility, they have committed to consolidating their operations and investing in the Town of North Castle long-term.

JMC is proud to be part of the team that included numerous approvals from the Town of North Castle, including the Planning Board, Town Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Board and Architectural Review Board.  Since the property is located adjacent to the Byram River, and subsequently within the FEMA 100-year floodplain/floodway, additional approvals were required by the Town and the Westchester County Department of Public Works.

Construction of the project is anticipated to commence in the Summer of 2021.
