Wash Co. Car Wash is a high-quality, family-owned car wash operator with locations throughout New York State.

Wash Co. Car Wash has expanded their footprint to a new location at 208 Tarrytown Road in Greenburgh, New York (P.O. White Plains, NY).

JMC is proud to have led the project through the Town of Greenburgh and New York State Department of Transportation entitlements process and construction. The property underwent a complete renovation with new state of the art wash tunnel equipment and ordering kiosks, exterior façade and signage improvements and nineteen self-serve vacuum stations. Additionally, JMC worked closely with the Applicant, Town and NYSDOT to provide a curb-cut consolidation plan which enhances vehicular and pedestrian access. The renovated Wash Co. Car Wash is a welcome addition to the Route 119 commercial corridor.
