Midway Shopping Center is one of the oldest open air shopping centers in the country. Over the past 25 years JMC has provided Midway Shopping Center with professional services in support of a variety of projects, including in-fill and new construction of retail, change of use occupancy, parking studies and overall site renovations.

Staples Plaza | 09.17.2015
JMC was engaged by Urstadt Biddle Properties to redevelop the Staples Plaza Shopping Center in Yorktown, NY, including re-purposing the basement of the center as a self-storage facility and modifications to the exterior of a former bank space to be more accessible to pedestrians.
Most recently Urstadt Biddle Properties and BJ’s Wholesale Club teamed-up to redevelop the front portions of the shopping center to include a gas station fueling facility as well as a new restaurant pad site. The proposed gas station pad also required a rezoning of a portion of the site to permit the new use.

Homeland Towers Wireless Telecommunications Facilities | 07.27.2015
JMC provides site design and entitlement services for Wireless Telecommunications cell tower facilities for our client, Homeland Towers. These projects typically begin with a field visit and the preparation of a Lease Exhibit identifying the site, property boundary, tower location, equipment layout and lease area. Upon the completion of the initial phase of work Zoning Approval drawings are prepared for the cell tower compounds. JMC has also been involved in securing FAA-A2 Survey Certifications.
