JMC is proud to have been involved with the Site Plan Approval process for the Harrison Playhouse Lofts project.

On February 23, 2016 the Harrison Planning Board granted Site Plan Approval for the proposed multi-family, mixed-use redevelopment of the defunct Harrison Playhouse Building and adjacent parking lot. Verco Properties, LLC, together with Stephen Tilly Architects, plans to renovate the existing commercial and office spaces along Harrison Avenue and construct a new six-story, 42-unit residential apartment building with underground parking in place of the old Playhouse. The project is part of a larger downtown Harrison renaissance which includes several transit-oriented developments focusing on revitalizing one of Westchester’s oldest communities.
