WatermarkPointe is a 72 Unit Luxury Condominium Complex located on a 10-acre waterfront site in New Rochelle, NY offering commanding views of Long Island Sound and NYC.  The beautiful, gated community complex includes 9 Condominium Buildings with parking, a waterfront clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor pool, and various gathering spaces with several areas for beach access.

JMC is proud to have help lead the project team in redeveloping the former beach club site, which included many development challenges such as zoning, extensive State and Municipal waterfront Permitting, and development of new water and sanitary sewer services.  Working closely with the client and other design professionals, JMC provided extensive civil and traffic engineering, landscape architectural design and land surveying services, as which included layout of the entire site i.e., roads, buildings, parking, utilities, and amenities.

Some of the various site amenities include the design of 3,000 linear feet of walking paths, clubhouse, beaches, sculpture and wetland gardens, trellis and gathering areas, as well as extensive landscaping throughout the site utilizing native plant species.  WatermarkPointe is an example of successful planning and design, which has resulted in creating a wonderful asset to the City of New Rochelle.  At this time WatermarkPointe is fully occupied offering a beautiful place for their residents to enjoy life on the Long Island Sound, which JMC is extremely proud to have been a part of creating.
