The Summit Club at Armonk (formerly Brynwood Golf & Country Club and Canyon Club before that) recently obtained site plan approval for the Residential Phase of their re-development project during the Summer of 2023.

Located on a 156-acre property at 568 & 570 Bedford Road (NY-22) in the Town of North Castle, NY., the residential phase of the project includes the construction of a 72 residential units (in 6 buildings) with an amenities building & pool and associated off-street parking, landscaping and stormwater management improvements.  A unique state-of-the-art golf course community development located in the heart of Westchester County, The Summit Club at Armonk’s goal is keeping active adults and empty nesters in the area who are looking to downsize without sacrificing quality and luxury.

Working closely with the project team and Town Staff, the project required numerous approvals from various approval agencies including the Town of North Castle Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Architectural Review Board and Open Space Committee.
