The Gjonaj Subdivision is a recently approved (May 2016) 3-lot subdivision located in the Banksville section of the Town of North Castle, NY.

Totaling over 12.5 acres, this subdivision has oversize lots with the design intent of preserving a vast amount of the existing natural environment. Large stands of the existing forest and other natural land features such as rock outcroppings, Town-regulated wetlands and a stream that circumvents the property have all been preserved and incorporated into the design of each of the homes.

Breaking the traditional mold of a conventional residential subdivision, JMC worked with Richard Henry Behr Architects to fit the built environment into the natural environment to take advantage of unique land features.
