Elmwood Preserve 08.24.2023

JMC recently secured Preliminary Subdivision Approval for the Elmwood Preserve, a 113-lot single family home community on the former Elmwood Country Club in Greenburgh, New York. Culminating after a five-year environmental review process, the project includes a conservation subdivision with generous open space in addition to a 14-acre park land donation to the Town to enhance the adjacent East Rumbrook Park.
