JMC was excited to attend the Grand Opening of the Brightview Senior Living Community in Greenburgh on March 30th. The opening concluded an entitlement process which included a zoning amendment to permit senior living in the Town of Greenburgh. Brightview owns and operates 35 senior living communities and this is their first New York location.

We’re also proud to announce that Brightview Senior Living received Final Site Plan Approval from the Town of Orangetown Planning Board to construct a 140-unit senior living community near Lake Tappan on March 23rd. The development required several variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals which were secured in late 2015. Construction is expected to begin in late 2016.

JMC is pleased to be working on multiple projects for Brightview, in addition to helping to develop and update their Wellspring Garden and general site design standards for all development.
