JMC has worked for Trader Joe’s on more than 40 projects in 13 states and the District of Columbia over the span of a nearly 20year relationship. Our contributions have ranged from analyzing plans and making recommendations, to preparing full construction documents for new stores.
JMC prepared site plans for projects in Atlanta, GA, Pinecrest, FL, Eastchester, NY and Stamford, CT where Trader Joe’s took over and modified existing spaces. We did the same in Greenburgh, NY and Minnetonka, MN for new construction sites.
In addition we have provided truck turning analyses on numerous potential sites to assist Trader Joe’s loading operations. JMC has also analyzed existing sites on Trader Joe’s behalf to assess compliance with ADA regulations.

Riverbend at Wappingers Falls II | 10.21.2009
The Riverbend at Wappinger Falls II project includes 124 multi-family dwelling units in 14 buildings located on 22-acre parcel in the Town of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York. The site was a former staging area for town sewer improvements and required the extension of public water and sanitary sewer distribution systems.

JMC is proud of a long-term relationship with Sunrise that began nearly twenty years ago and has included more than 200 projects in ten states and the District of Columbia.
JMC services have ranged from due diligence and feasibility studies to precedent setting entitlements, engineering, landscape architecture, traffic and environmental studies, construction documentation and administration services, as well as real estate and property surveys. We have been involved in developments in multiple locations, including Braintree, Burlington and Lynnfield in Massachusetts, Wilton, Connecticut, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Staten Island and Yonkers in New York.
