Polpettina is Italian for ‘little meatball’ and that humble dish is the inspiration for a restaurant on Fisher Avenue in Eastchester, NY. Traffic and parking studies prepared by JMC were instrumental in obtaining the necessary approvals for expanding this successful establishment and addressing the concerns of the municipality and area residents.

JMC was retained by Prestige Motors to assist in developing three dealerships on a previously developed property on Route 6 in Wawayanda, New York. The redevelopment of the property not only required local approvals from the Town but the NYSDEC and the NYSDOT as well. Wetland mitigation areas were developed in consultation with the NYSDEC to mitigate wetland buffer impacts created by the project. JMC also work with the NYSDOT in developing various roadway improvement along the Route 6 frontage of the property including the widening of Route 6 to allow for the installation of a two-way left turn lane.

The strategically located Port Morris terminal – currently owned by Sprague Resources, formerly Castle Oil – is the largest deepwater petroleum products terminal in New York City, with a total storage capacity of 907,000 barrels, handling distillates, residual fuel, asphalt and biodiesel. The terminal includes an interconnected tank system enabling on-site blending and is conveniently located on the East River with deepwater marine access on multiple ship and barge berths.
