JMC was retained by Prestige Motors to assist in developing three dealerships on a previously developed property on Route 6 in Wawayanda, New York.  The redevelopment of the property not only required local approvals from the Town but the NYSDEC and the NYSDOT as well.  Wetland mitigation areas were developed in consultation with the NYSDEC to mitigate wetland buffer impacts created by the project.  JMC also work with the NYSDOT in developing various roadway improvement along the Route 6 frontage of the property including the widening of Route 6 to allow for the installation of a two-way left turn lane.
