The Centre at Purchase | 10.21.2015
The Centre at Purchase is a 600,000 square foot office campus on 43 acres conveniently located along the I-684 corridor in Harrison, NY. JMC is proud to have been the Site Engineer for the project and an integral part of the project’s design and approval team. The project features an innovative open channel stormwater management design, which handles stormwater with environmental sensitivity and enhanced aesthetics.

Ardsley Park / Acorda – BioMed Realty | 10.21.2015
JMC assisted BioMed Realty in the redevelopment of the Ardsley Park office complex into a research and development campus for Acorda Therapeutics. Working with design team, JMC assisted in the repurposing of the various building on the property and the construction of a new connector building. Various site improvement were also constructed including utility infrastructure upgrades and parking lot improvements. JMC also landscape architecture services for the design of the garden areas located adjacent to the buildings.

North Haven Pavilion | 10.21.2015
The North Haven Pavilion shopping center in North Haven, Connecticut is a 280,000 SF development owned by National Realty & Development Corp., situated on 26 acres adjacent to the Quinnipiac River.
The tenant mix includes national retailers such as Target, Michaels, Sports Authority and a mix of restaurants including Ruby Tuesday’s, Friendly’s and Wendy’s. The project site was a brownfield redevelopment which required Coastal Area Management Zone Approval and includes an extensive subsurface stormwater management system.
