LaGrange Town Center | 10.22.2015
This smart growth mixed-use master planned development will serve as the Town Center for the Town of LaGrange in Dutchess County, NY. Upon completion, the project will provide some 600 single and multi-family homes, over 180,000 square feet of retail, office and municipal building space, and include a 4-story hotel.
The project will also preserve 97 acres of open space, integrate natural areas for outdoor recreation and include innovative stormwater management techniques including rain gardens and bio-retention areas. JMC services included assistance with the permits, entitlements and SEQR process, which included Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statements.
