55 Bank Street is a mixed-use development in White Plains proposed by LCOR, consisting primarily of housing, retail and parking on a site just south of the Metro-North train station. The 760,000 SF project is comprised of two 16-story apartment buildings constructed on a site previously occupied by a commuter parking lot, and includes more than 550 rental units, 6,300 square-feet of retail space and a parking garage.
