  • James A. Ryan | 07.20.2015

    Mr. Ryan is a Principal Emeritus of the firm and is a retired Registered Landscape Architect with experience in site planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering and construction management with 31 years of experience providing site development services to a wide array of national retailers, builders, senior housing providers, institutions and municipalities.

    Since joining the firm in 1984, Mr. Ryan has been responsible for the supervision of zoning and environmental analyses, landscape design, site planning, site grading and utility design, cost estimating, and construction observation. He has also worked extensively on behalf of several municipalities as an environmental and land planning consultant and directs presentation of projects before approval agencies and community groups.

    A 1980 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences.

    He has completed advanced studies in civil engineering, master planning and sediment and erosion control. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, The Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Registered Landscape Architect in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Mr. Ryan also currently serves the community of Newtown, Connecticut as a member of the Conservation Commission.

  • Rob Aiello | 07.20.2015

    Mr. Aiello is a Principal of the firm and a Licensed Professional Engineer in 15 states with experience in site planning, civil engineering, environmental analysis and related construction services.

    Having joined the firm in 1993, Mr. Aiello’s skills include management, coordination and scheduling of a project’s approval process, site plan design, feasibility studies, layout design, grading design, water pumping and distribution systems, sewage collection systems, stormwater collection and treatment systems, and utility service design. In addition, he is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of zoning ordinances, environmental regulatory requirements and the preparation of Stormwater Management Reports and Environmental Studies.

    Mr. Aiello is a former President of the Westchester/Putnam Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers. He is a member of The Urban Land Institute and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since 1991. A magna-cum-laude graduate of Manhattan College, Mr. Aiello holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.

    Mr. Aiello is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and Vermont.

  • Diego Villareale | 07.20.2015

    Mr. Villareale is a Principal of the firm and a licensed Professional Engineer with experience in civil engineering, site planning, traffic engineering, highway design, environmental analysis and construction related services.

    Since joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Villareale’s responsibilities include the supervision and preparation of site plan approval documents, construction documents, stormwater management and treatment systems, traffic impact studies and sewage treatment systems. He also has experience in the interpretation of Zoning Ordinances and the preparation of environmental and engineering reports as well as providing construction related services such as cost estimating, construction observation and construction administration services.

    A 2001 graduate of Manhattan College, Mr. Villareale holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and is currently the President of the Westchester/Putnam Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers.
