Mr. Sarchino is a Principal Emeritus of the firm and is a retired Registered Landscape Architect with experience in site planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, highway design, environmental analysis and construction administration with over 33 years of experience providing site development services to a wide variety of national retailers, builders, developers, educational institutions and municipalities.
Since joining the firm in 1982, Mr. Sarchino’s responsibilities include the supervision and design of site planning studies, landscape design, civil engineering, construction documents, environmental studies, environmental impact statements, hydraulic analysis, sediment and erosion control, stormwater management systems, sanitary sewer and water systems. He is also experienced in cost estimating, construction observation and the analysis and interpretation of zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations.
A 1981 graduate of Syracuse University and a graduate in 1982 of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Mr. Sarchino holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and an Associates in Applied Science. He has completed advanced studies in landscape architecture, civil engineering, stormwater management, soils engineering, sediment and erosion control, green roof design, and worksite health and safety.
Mr. Sarchino is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Urban Land Institute. He is a Registered Landscape Architect in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
