Mr. Guccione is an Associate Principal of the firm and a Registered Landscape Architect with experience in landscape architecture, civil engineering, roadway design, site planning, environmental analysis and related construction services. He is also recognized by the International Council of Shopping Centers as a Certified Retail Property Executive.
Having joined the firm in 1990, his expertise includes site design, landscape architecture, environmental analysis, drainage design, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewer design, water supply and distribution, construction document preparation, cost estimating and construction observation. His skills also include land use entitlement and public presentations, as well as analysis and interpretation of zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations.
A graduate of the College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University, Mr. Guccione holds a Bachelor’s degree of Landscape Architecture. He is a Registered Landscape Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
