JMC along with the project team assisted in the renovation of The Summit Club at Armonk (formerly Brynwood Golf & Country Club) property located at 568 Bedford Road (NY-22) in the Town of North Castle, NY.  Working closely with the project team and Town Staff, the project included the redesign (by a world-renowned golf course architect) and renovation of the existing 18-hole golf course and the installation of temporary clubhouse facilities (clubhouse/pro shop trailer, wooden pavilion, patio areas, mobile food/beverage trailers, etc.).

JMC is proud to be part of the team that included numerous approvals from the Town of North Castle, including the Planning Board and Architectural Review Board.  Construction on the golf course and temporary clubhouse facilities were completed in the Spring of 2021.  The club opened in the Spring of 2021 and is now accepting enrollment for new members.  According to their website, The Summit Club, in Armonk, NY, is not just the newest exclusive, private golf and country club in Westchester County, it’s something exceptional. With the Club’s relaxed, resort-like attitude, upbeat ambiance and family fun spirit, The Summit Club will quickly be the envy of the club industry…and the region.

JMC is currently part of the same project team of the project assisting the applicant with obtaining phase 2 approvals for a multi-residential development with associated permanent clubhouse/amenities complex, tennis courts, pool, extensive landscaping, etc.
