JMC along with the project team assisted in securing entitlements for a logistics center at 151 Fields Lane in the Town of Southeast, NY.   The project consists of the construction of 2 single-story warehouse buildings totaling 200,000 square feet. The project also includes associated off-street loading areas, parking, landscaping and stormwater management improvements. The applicant, Treetop Development, is a multi-faceted national firm focused on multi-family, low income housing, and industrial investments. Treetop currently owns and manages approximately 3.5 million square feet of warehouse space with approximately 5.5 million square feet currently in the development pipeline.

Working closely with the project team and Town Staff, we secured Site Plan Approval, Conditional Use Permit Approval, and Wetland Permit Approval from the Town of Southeast Planning Board. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the Planning Board, having multiple meetings and site visits in order to refine the plan.
