JMC is proud to have assisted Westhab with procurement of the entitlements to construct Hudson Hill, a 6-story, 113 unit affordable housing apartment building to be located at 76 Locust Hill Avenue in Yonkers, NY.

A dilapidated church has been demolished, making way for construction of the $55 million complex  which will be packed with eco-friendly features including structured parking, solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and a landscaped courtyard.

With construction underway, Westhab hopes to open the facility by the end of 2023.
