JMC attended the highly anticipated groundbreaking ceremony of the BaySpace Armonk project at 100 Business Park Drive in the Town of North Castle, NY on July 16th. Members of the Town of North Castle Town Board, Town Planner, Town Building Inspector, future tenants of the space, the press and family and friends were all in attendance to officially kick off the construction phase.
BaySpace Armonk consists of the construction of a multi-use building including a 3-story 80,757 square foot self-storage building, a 1-story 7,353 sf warehouse space to accommodate an existing tenant (Jantile-One of the largest unionized tile companies in the Country) and a 1-story (with mezzanine) 26,827 sf, 11-court pickleball recreation facility.
