JMC has partnered with Acadia over many years on continuous improvements to the Crossroads Shopping Center site on Tarrytown Road. In October 2022, a new BJ’s Club was welcomed into the shopping center. JMC worked alongside with Acadia, BJ’s Club, and the Town of Greenburgh to update the site and building areas as well as obtain the required permits to allow for the quick turnaround from the previous tenant. Residents in the community have long been asking for a grocery store in the area, and we are proud to be a part of the team to make this a reality. We look forward to continuing to work with Acadia and the Town on future improvements to the center.
