JMC along with the project team assisted in the redevelopment of a former rock quarry property located at 600 Lake Street in the Town/Village of Harrison, NY.   The project consists of the construction of an approximately 155,000 square foot, 143 Unit, state-of-the-art Assisted Living and Dementia Care Community with associated off-street parking, landscaping and stormwater management improvements.

The applicant, Brightview Senior Living, an industry leader in the senior living community has recently expanded its operations to Westchester County.  According to their official website “Brightview Senior Living is a people-focused, people-first company. Working closely with the project team and Town Staff, the project required numerous approvals from various approval agencies including the Town/Village of Harrison, Westchester County Department of Health (WCDH), Westchester County Department of Environmental Facilities (WCDEF), Westchester Joint Water Works (WJWW) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).

Brightview Senior Living Harrison is currently accepting residents and anticipates being fully licensed and operational in early 2025.
