  JMC prepared site plans and construction documents for multiple HSBC bank sites in locations in the Queens borough of New York City in collaboration with the project architect.  Coordination items included NYCDOT Builder’s Pavement Plans, NYCDEP site connections, MTA Bus Stop relocation, and NYC Building Department self-certification.

  Peachwave Frozen Yogurt is quickly becoming one of the leaders in frozen yogurt using a system that is new to the frozen dessert food-service industry to provide natural non-fat frozen yogurt in a convenient, self-serve model.  JMC secured entitlements for change of use, planning and zoning and site plan approvals associated with the successful franchise opening of nine new store locations in Westchester and Fairfield Counties over the course of 10 months.
