Smith Cairns Ford Lincoln is a new and used automobile dealer on Central Avenue in Yonkers, New York. This 80,000 s.f. project included design of subsurface stormwater systems, and coordination of site improvements with geotechnical recommendations for consideration of poor soil impacts.

Lexus of Mount Kisco | 10.22.2015
Working closely with the project architect, JMC assisted in the redevelopment of a former warehouse property into the current new and used vehicle dealership on Kisco Avenue in Mount Kisco. The property – located in the NYCDEP watershed – includes a sales and service building as well as accessory parking off-site. Significant stormwater improvements were required to be implemented to meet various NYCDEP requirements.

Friendly Honda | 10.22.2015
JMC was engaged to assist with the redevelopment of the Friendly Honda Dealership site in Poughkeepsie, NY. Improvements were proposed to update and improve the site, including lighting, access, parking configuration, landscaping and signage. Our services also included the processing of approvals for building additions to expand service and vehicle preparation departments.
