Cross Path Shopping Center | 07.27.2015
The Cross Path Shopping Center is a one-story, 45,000 SF, multi-tenant shopping center in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens. This project involved the rehabilitation of this neighborhood Shopping Center. The building facades were updated and the 190-space parking lot and sidewalks were reconstructed. Curbed islands were added to better define vehicular travel routes and introduce trees into the parking lot. Accessible parking upgrades were also performed.

St. Nersess Armenian Seminary | 07.27.2015
JMC assisted St. Nersess Armenian Seminary develop its new campus in Armonk, NY after outgrowing its former facility in New Rochelle, NY.
The Armonk project included the adaptive reuse of the “Promise Farm” site on NYS Route 22, including a Theological Building, two dormitories and a Dean’s Residence.
JMC assisted St. Nersess with the project from due diligence through construction, developing the overall site and landscaping plans. The project also required a commercial septic system and public water supply, as well as permitting with NYSDOT and NYSDEC.
The new facility opened in September 2015.

Summit Lane at Newburgh | 07.14.2015
JMC was retained to design the development of a 126-unit multi-family apartment project, including the initial planning of the development, the location of the multi-family buildings, club house, recreation area, roads and pedestrian circulation areas. An extensive stormwater management system was part of the site engineering and landscape design, which included rain gardens, infiltration basins and bio-filtration. The stormwater management design also required an analysis of the downstream drainage area of the site to identify the flood profile route.
