The French-American School of New York is an independent, coeducational day school serving more than 850 students from 3 years old through Grade 12. The school proposes to build a new campus including schools and athletic facilities in order to consolidate their current facilities on one campus in White Plains, NY. JMC provided civil and traffic engineering, and contributed to the Draft and Final Environmental Impact statements for the project.

Modern Roundabout | 07.27.2015
The roundabout at the intersection of Grammatan and Lincoln Avenues in the City of Mount Vernon, NY, is actually more of a restoration rather than an invention. A traffic circle stood on the site for many years until it was removed in the 1970’s.
Modern roundabouts have gained acceptance throughout the County for being safe and efficient traffic control methods. JMC has designed roundabouts of various sizes for public roadways as well as shopping centers, and for municipal and private projects.

SoulCycle Spinning Studios | 07.27.2015
SoulCycle has revolutionized indoor cycling and taken the world of fitness by storm with more than 50 locations across the country. JMC secured entitlements for multiple locations of SoulCycle Studios, including changes of use from retail to a recreational/health/spa use. This involved Planning Board approvals and traffic and parking studies to highlight how SoulCycle not only fits within the local code/ordinances but also within the local active community.
