Executive Planning Center | 10.21.2015
The Executive Planning Center is a full-service meeting facility for executive planning sessions and corporate functions. The Center includes 25,000 square feet of meeting rooms and an Annex building, as well as 36,000 square feet of guest rooms for executive visits and overnight stays. The facility features full catering capabilities.
JMC is proud to have been the Site Engineer for the project and responsible for seeking a zoning change and site plan approval from the local municipality, as well as approvals from the NYCDEP to develop within the New York City watershed.

Corporate Aviation Hangar | 10.21.2015
This 59,000 SF hangar facility at the Westchester County Airport earned a LEED Platinum rating for New Construction from the U.S. Green Building Council and features the first wind turbines in Westchester County. The project was also honored for Sustainable Architecture by AIA Westchester + Hudson Valley at their annual Design Awards in 2011.
JMC was proud to be a part of a Design Team that included Sullivan Architecture and OLA Consulting Engineers.

The Summit at Westchester | 10.21.2015
The Summit at Westchester is a development with more than 1 million square feet of office space and home to many Fortune 500 Companies situated in the New York metropolitan area. As part of the entitlement process, JMC designed a major flood control project which alleviated chronic valley flooding resulting in a beautifully landscaped lake as the centerpiece of the successful office park.
